Who knew how you eat can affect your tan?!?!

For over a year I have been eating paleo. Some times better than others. and the book Everyday Paleo has been a big help with the transition. Curios as to what paleo is, click here. There are so many resources online. I checked everyday paleo to see what was new and found a post on edible sunscreen. The article talks about how eating paleo can reduce burning and help you tan. Last year when we went to Florida, I had the best tan ever. I have always had a hard time tanning and would always burn when out in the sun. Last summer that was not the case. I now know why, and I am so excited. I could explain, but the post explains it all. So go read it.
